Book Festival
Authors! Register for the Craft Fair and Book Festival, Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023
at the Grand Junction Convention Center, 2nd and Main, Grand Junction CO.
Free admission to the public!
All genres (except for explicit adult content) will be accepted.
You can pay with Paypal or credit card. If you want to pay by check, please email me and I will provide you with a mailing address. Please note: No refunds will be issued after Oct 31.
Half of an 8′ table is only $55, a full table is $110. Table cloths will be provided.
Please, one author per table, no sharing allowed at these rates.
Books only, please do not sell anything else, however give-aways are perfectly acceptable, and given the Season, might be a great idea.
Please note: water and beverages are allowed, but no food can be carried in. Hours will be 10-4 p.m. Access to the hall will be from 7 a.m. Tables need to be set up by 9 a.m. All materials removed, and the area cleared, before 5 p.m. the day of the event.
SALES TAX INFORMATION! YOU MUST HAVE A CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION AND A COUNTY/STATE SALES TAX LICENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. (but it’s easy). You will need your EIN or Social Security number.

Click Next, then enter your info.
County/State Sales tax link – small fee ($4). You can apply online but going to your states sales tax office might be best. In Mesa County, it’s at 6th and Ute, no waiting (they are closed from noon-1 pm), easy and fast. Click on download form DR0589. Fill out, print and keep – this is your temporary license and will be OK to use until you receive the permanent one (good to know if you don’t receive before the Festival).
